About The Role
We are currently looking for a strategic and forward-thinking professional to lead the development and launch of new products, drive business growth, and strengthen our position in the road construction industry.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct market studies to identify potential business opportunities in line with the company's strategy.
- Conduct research and development to create and improve new products and services.
- Establish partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and other third-party agencies to launch new products.
- Manage pilot testing, production, and quality control for new products.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective marketing and selling strategies.
- Lead and manage the team to achieve objectives
- Increase margin, pricing power, GP and growth per SKU / BU
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 12 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Broad understanding of HR functions, with strong experience in at least one core area (e.g., recruitment, employee relations).
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to work onsite once a week at West Avenue, Quezon City.
