What you'll do

As a Product Analyst, you'll support both product development and day-to-day operations by translating business needs into clear technical requirements, validating data and AI features, and ensuring that the product behaves consistently across our web platform. You will:

• Gather requirements from business, operations, and commercial teams; turn them into structured user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work with design and engineering to ensure requirements are feasible and aligned with user experience standards
• Review AI-generated outputs and maintain accuracy datasets
• Assist in planning feature rollouts, documenting workflows, and organizing product backlogs
• Conduct QA on new features, including checking edge cases and UI consistency
• Coordinate feedback loops from internal users and early adopters, highlighting improvement areas
• Build simple reports or dashboards to track usage patterns, AI accuracy, and product performance
• Maintain organized product documentation, requirements logs, and user stories for future development cycles

What we're looking for

• Preferably 1-3 years of experience in product analysis, QA, business analysis, data analysis, or related roles. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate data or AI outputs carefully
• Familiarity with spreadsheets or basic SQL concepts (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Good communication skills; comfortable working with both tech and non-tech teams
• Curiosity, initiative, and the ability to break down vague problems into clear tasks
• A genuine passion for sustainability, innovation, and making energy savings accessible to all Filipinos.
