POSITION OVERVIEW
- Maintain all product data in the JDE Database
- Maintaining CH2 Cost Pricing
- Investigating and Rectifying Supplier Invoice Discrepancies
- Assist various internal departments with their Product Admin queries
- Completing Various Report Analysis for incorrect data
- Cost Pricing Investigations and Problem Solving
- Extensive Data Analysis
- Performing a variety of administrative Supplier and Internal focused tasks
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal staff and external suppliers
- This is a hybrid position where you will be required to work 3 days in the office and 2 days at home post probationary period.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI)
- Complete all Critical / Urgent emails by COB every day
- Complete all requests at 3-day turnaround from date of request.
KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Health & Safety
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment

- Follow OHS expectation and responsibilities as outlined in the Health & Safety handbook
- Report any unsafe situations or equipment that you are aware of to the relevant manager
- Report any injury or near miss you are involved in to your Manager within 24 hours either verbally or in writing
- Assist in the implementation of all OHS policies, procured, processes that may be developed
WORK RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure zero error rate when entering product or cost pricing data into the JDE database
- Assist with the maintenance of the DM Inbox
- Entering new product information into the JDE Item Master File, creating 4PL CH2 codes
- Maintain and implement any product changes or updates received by the manufacturer or internal staff for pre-existing items.
- PBS & CSO flagging to ensure correct data is in the system
- PBS rounds – Co-ordinate and implement PBS round. All cost decreases follow the process to ensure cost price change and stock on hands claim processed. This could be up to 50 suppliers a time
- Maintain drug schedules, descriptions and Unit of measures on products
- Supplier transfers – If supplier of a product is changing you need to ensure the process is followed to ensure all data relating to the new supplier is updated for the effective date
- Maintaining all obsolete products or redundant codes are flagged correctly
- Assist various CH2 departments when product or system errors occur
- Implement Manufacturer Price Lists prior to effective date and maintain any price changes going forward, to ensure a reduction in customer/supplier queries and invoice discrepancies
- Investigating and Rectifying Supplier Invoice Discrepancies, including liaising with the warehouse, accounts and suppliers if issues arise that unable CH2 from processing the invoice (i.e. Difference in cost price per PO to Supplier Invoice or Difference in QTY received to QTY ordered or Difference in Product Received to Product Ordered)
- Maintain the DM filing system which keeps records of any Supplier Price Lists and Cost Pricing adjustments.
- Use initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve any customer and supplier issues or errors
- Manage / Participate / Assist in CH2 Projects (i.e. New Business take on, Awards, CH2 Procedure Development)
- Partake in Various Report Analysis, examples, Procurement Data Validation, UOM Conversion Set Up Issues, Product Group Diff to G/L Class, SOH Claims and update JDE or report findings to Senior Management
- Assist in the development of Product SOP's and Supplier Information Booklet's
- Assist in the Bizcaps Project (GS1)– Supplier Product Validation and JDE Updates or Corrections
- Communicate regularly with the Data Administration Manager, External Suppliers and CH2 Colleagues via phone and email
- Attend weekly Product Admin meetings and other training sessions as required
- Maintain a free flow of communication with Team Members and CH2 Managers
- Perform or assist in other company related duties that may be directed by your manager

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES & KEY COMPETENCIES
A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
Experience:
- Very high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical / Investigative History
- Worked in the Medical / Pharmaceutical / Retail Pharm Industry
- Data Administration – Product Analysis
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Data Administration and Product Analysis is required
- High Level of Customer Service Skills
- High Level of Data Analysis Skills
