ABOUT THE ROLE
KPMG's Digital Transformation practice helps clients modernize procurement operations and optimize source-to-pay processes using leading procurement systems such as Ivalua, SAP Ariba, and Coupa. As a Procurement Systems Transformation Project Manager and Change Management Lead, you will drive end-to-end system transformation, provide functional leadership, and implement change management strategies. You will coordinate between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure system adoption, process optimization, and sustainable transformation outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transformation Project & Program Management
- Lead procurement systems transformation projects (Ivalua, Ariba, Coupa), ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives are met.
- Develop project plans, manage risks, and track progress using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Coordinate onshore and offshore teams, vendors, and client stakeholders for seamless delivery.
Functional Leadership
- Drive requirements gathering, business process mapping, and system configuration for procurement processes (Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management, Contract Management, Invoice-to-Pay).
- Provide guidance on integration with ERP systems, reporting tools, and analytics platforms.
- Validate solution design to ensure alignment with business goals, compliance, and procurement best practices.
Change Management & Adoption
- Develop and implement change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption plans.
- Monitor user adoption metrics, identify barriers, and recommend corrective actions.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and go-live readiness assessments.
Pre-Sales & Solutioning
- Support pre-sales efforts, including solution design, effort estimation, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Provide functional and technical insights during client orals, demonstrations, and workshops.
Governance & Reporting
- Ensure project governance, documentation, and risk compliance in line with KPMG methodology.
- Provide timely updates, dashboards, and executive reports to clients and internal leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Accounting, or related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in procurement system transformations (Ivalua, SAP Ariba, Coupa) and process modernization.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing, contract management, supplier management, and invoice-to-pay processes.
- Experience in project management and change management, including stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption.
- Familiarity with ERP integrations, analytics, and reporting tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred certifications:
- Ivalua Certification / SAP Ariba Functional Consultant
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Prosci Change Management Certification
