Link Energie Industries Co. Inc. is a construction company with 22 years of experience, specializing in water infrastructure projects including pipelaying works, wastewater facilities, and reservoir engineering. We are currently managing seven (7) ongoing projects across Greater Metro Manila in partnership with Manila Water and Maynilad Water Services, Inc.
About the Job
We are looking for a Procurement Supervisor who will oversee the timely and cost-effective acquisition of quality construction materials and equipment on several projects. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge and coordination skills to ensure all procured items meet project specifications, budget, and timeline.
About the Role
- Analyze and improve procurement policies, systems, and procedures
- Oversee procurement activities and effectively leads a group of buyers to source and negotiate issues.
- Purchase orders on operational needs and available resources
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to support the company's requirements
- Coordinates with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and the Warehouse Team to monitor material availability and prevent project delays
- Performs other related tasks assigned within the scope of the role
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any engineering field
- At least two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role, five (5) years of progressive experience is an advantage
- Proven experience in procurement, preferably within the construction or infrastructure industry
- Strong knowledge of technical purchasing, construction materials, equipment, and relevant government regulations
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership skills, including people management, coaching, and team development
- Amenable to a full on-site work setup and willing to visit project sites when required.
