Job Description

The Medical City South Luzon is looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Procurement Specialist to support team's initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and policy-compliant procurement of hospital requirements while managing supplier relationships, contract performance, sourcing activities, and procurement reporting to support organizational goals.

Who Are We Looking For

An ideal Procurement Category Specialist should have:

  • Strong knowledge of procurement, strategic sourcing, and category management principles.
  • Experience in medical equipment procurement, capital expenditure (CAPEX), and group purchasing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret procurement and market data.
  • Excellent contract management and supplier relationship management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of procurement policies, regulatory compliance, and healthcare industry best practices.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Level in Business or other related course

General Experience: Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others (Over 3 years to 6 years). With At least five years of working experience in healthcare organizational management.
