About The Role
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to support sourcing and purchasing activities while ensuring cost efficiency, supplier performance, and compliance with company policies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver high-quality products and services that meet business requirements.
What You Will Do
- Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier quotations.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best value.
- Conduct supplier evaluation, qualification, and performance reviews.
- Perform cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, RBA/CSR guidelines, and company standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate procurement data and prepare procurement reports.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration.
- At least 5 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of supplier management, cost analysis, and procurement best practices.
