PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

Makati City, Metro Manila | Full Time | Supply Chain

Principal Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process from sourcing and canvassing to purchase order issuance and delivery.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and service.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with suppliers.
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely availability of materials, supplies, and services.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare procurement reports and assist in cost-saving initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing or food manufacturing company.
• Experience in supplier sourcing, canvassing, negotiation, and purchase order processing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and under pressure.
