Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Specialist role based in Taguig. The Procurement Specialist will manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including raising and processing purchase orders, obtaining quotations, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. This role will evaluate and onboard suppliers, monitor vendor performance, and maintain accurate supplier records and contracts. The Procurement Specialist will support contract negotiation, coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, and ensure compliance with company policies and budget guidelines. The role will also involve analyzing procurement data, tracking cost savings, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and preparing regular purchasing and spend reports.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement experience with hands-on involvement in Procurement and Purchase Orders.
• Proficiency in vendor management, including Supplier Evaluation and relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability in Contract Negotiation, including pricing, service levels, and terms.
• Solid Analytical Skills for cost analysis, spend reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with procurement or ERP systems and strong MS Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, basic contract law principles, and compliance standards.
• Ability to work on-site in Taguig, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
