The Procurement & Logistics Junior Specialist plays a vital role in supporting end-to-end purchasing, vendor coordination, and logistics activities. This role ensures smooth execution of purchase orders, accurate tracking of shipments, and timely communication with suppliers while maintaining organized procurement and inventory records. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to help keep sourcing, fulfillment, and documentation efficient and compliant.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with procurement activities including vendor setup, SKU setup, quotation requests, and purchase order execution
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, track key purchase order milestones, and resolve issues
- Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods
- Coordinate logistics activities such as shipment tracking, customs clearance, and transportation follow-ups
- Consolidate invoices, payment monitoring, and procurement documentation
- Maintain organized records related to inventory, vendors, and purchasing transactions
- Support internal teams by providing accurate procurement and logistics updates

Ideal Candidate
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Preferably with exposure to procurement, logistics, inventory management, or administrative support roles
