What you'll be doing:

As a Procurement Specialist, you will support the delivery of sourcing strategies that ensure a reliable, cost‑effective, and sustainable supply of packaging materials. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to balance cost, quality, and innovation, helping to drive strong commercial outcomes. You'll build relationships, negotiate effectively, and contribute to improving processes, ensuring procurement activities align with Avon's business goals and long‑term growth.

Fixed Term Contract until the end of 2027

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development and execution of sourcing strategies for packaging.
  • Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and value.
  • Collaborating with NPD, Planning, Marketing, and Finance teams to align procurement with business needs.
  • Monitoring and managing packaging costs to optimize total cost of ownership.
  • Negotiating contracts with suppliers and managing associated risks.
  • Ensuring continuity of supply and contributing to efficient inventory management.
  • Supporting sustainability initiatives and ensuring compliance with responsible procurement policies.
  • Taking ownership of assigned categories and contributing to risk management and innovation projects.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 4 years of experience, ideally within procurement or supply chain.
  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including functions and pivot tables.
  • A proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Good command of English.
  • Adaptability and confidence working in a fast‑changing, technology-driven environment.
