Procurement Specialist

In this critical role, you will move beyond transactional processing to establish financial integrity and ensure 100% policy compliance, directly enabling our technical and business teams to focus on cutting-edge innovation. Core Responsibilities Financial Automation & Control: Capture mandatory contract metadata, service dates, and renewal clauses in Coupa to fuel the Accrual Engine and automate month-end close.

Strategic Sourcing: Lead all commercial and pricing discussions to ensure market-competitive rates through effective negotiation and sourcing strategy. Compliance Leadership: Act as the Administrative Shield and rigorously enforce the No PO, No Pay mandate. You will ensure all software/SaaS (regardless of cost) is vetted via the Intake Form.

Business Partnership: Serve as a dedicated Point of Contact for assigned business functions (Marketing, IT, or HR). You will align on project goals, resolve service/billing issues, and utilize Vendor Scorecards to maintain high performance standards.

Receipt Management: Act as the Receipt Gate by confirming service satisfaction with users, enabling essential 3-way matching. Qualifications Experience: 3–7+ years in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain management.

Technical Mastery: Proficiency with P2P systems (Coupa preferred, or similar platforms like Ariba/NetSuite). Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of contract terms, 3-way matching, and financial controls.

Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence VPs and Department Heads.

Availability: Must be able to work US-aligned business hours to support real-time global operations.
