Job Description

Position Title: Procurement Specialist

Work Set Up: Work From Home

Schedule: 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM (PHT)

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

Eugenus is looking for a self-motivated Supply Chain Professional to manage the procurement of materials, supplies, equipment, and services for our next-generation products. In this role, you will negotiate and place orders with vendors, monitor delivery schedules, and work closely with the Engineering and Operations teams to ensure program schedules are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date lead time and pricing information for the product bill of materials (BOMs)

What You'll Do:

  • Manage PR/PO processes to support both R&D and Production teams.
  • Analyze and verify purchase requisitions for accuracy and completeness.
  • Place orders, handle transactions, and provide timely schedule feedback.
  • Update delivery schedules in the ERP system and Material Status report for production builds.
  • Review quotes, negotiate pricing, ETA and maintain effective communication with suppliers.
  • Execute material and trace transactions in the ERP system.
  • Update product BOMs with current lead times and pricing data in the Info Record.
  • Identify and select vendors based on criteria such as quantity, quality, price, and lead time.
  • Review ECOs and work with Engineering and Manufacturing to develop procurement plans.
  • Review Clean to Start (CTS) weekly to ensure timely delivery in alignment with Engineering Project Plans and Production schedules.
  • Update delivery schedules in ERP and Program Management planning tools.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to address quality concerns.
  • Manage the Min/Max inventory program.
  • Review forecasts, plan, and manage safety stock for production operations.
  • Oversee the consignment process and provide support as needed.
  • Work closely with the Accounts Payable team to obtain approval for supplier invoices related to Service Orders.
  • Work closely with procurement team in Korea

What We're Looking For:


  • Highly driven and self-motivated personality
  • Well organized with ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously (Flexible on different role/task that is assigned).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and software applications
  • 5+ years purchasing or related experience
  • Strong in SAP planning and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) functionality.
  • ERP system experience (SAP)
  • Familiarity with mechanical/electronic components and PCB assembly
  • Knowledge of mechanical manufacturing/fabrication processes
  • Ability to read mechanical/design drawings
  • Production planning experience a plus.
  • Project management experience a plus
  • PLM / Team Center experience a plus
  • Ability to work effectively under extreme pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to create complex Excel spreadsheets by using V-Lookups and Pivot Table.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Certification such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) is a plus.
