Lead vendor negotiation, commercial proposal evaluation and alignment
Perform PR audits for policy compliance, accuracy, and completeness
Ensure adherence to procure-to-pay policy and processes in vendor selection
Identify and lead cost savings opportunities
Correspond with vendors regarding prices, availability, delivery, and qualification requirements
Drafts and edits commercial documents (RFPs, RFQs, costing templates, terms and conditions, etc.)
Assist in facilitating supplier performance reviews
Perform cost analysis such as benchmarking market price and identifying price trends
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, preferably in Engineering, Business/Management, or Finance
Degree in Industrial Engineering or any relevant study
Open to fresh graduates
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
High proficiency in MS Excel is a minimum requirement
Highly motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Possesses initiative, resourcefulness, and proactive attitude
Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
Ability to effectively organize, plan, control and prioritize work/projects
