Procurement Sourcing Specialist

Role Summary

Executes end-to-end strategic sourcing, spend analysis, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations to optimize costs, mitigate supply chain risks, and ensure business continuity across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing Strategy: Conduct market, commodity, and spend analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop data-driven sourcing plans.
• Contracting & Negotiation: Draft commercial contracts with legal and technical teams, build structured negotiation plans (BATNA, target outcomes), and lead price/terms negotiations.
• Risk & Vendor Management: Perform supply chain risk assessments, evaluate supplier capabilities, conduct financial bid evaluations, and manage supplier performance.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Conduct contract roll-outs and collaborate with internal teams and Procurement Operations for seamless contract implementation.
• Compliance: Adhere strictly to ISO management standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 27001) and internal health, safety, and security policies.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Behavioral Science, or Engineering (Engineering background preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Procurement.
• Key Skills: Commercial negotiation, spend analytics, contract drafting, and stakeholder management.
• Location: Willing to work in either in Mariveles, Bataan Site or Ortigas, Pasig City Site.
