Job Description

Supervise and manage daily procurement service center operations to meet organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline procurement processes.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Provide guidance and training to the procurement team to enhance their performance.
Prepare and present reports on procurement activities to senior management.
Implement best practices to optimize supply chain and procurement operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement Service Center Supervisor should have:

A strong background in procurement and supply chain management within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Proficiency in procurement systems and tools. (SAP, Power BI)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
