The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Procurement Service Center - Level 1 Support

Scope: Global .Responsible for reviewing/triaging case details, assessing categories and urgencies based on their nature and priority, investigating issues, and providing timely resolution, fulfillment, or responses to questions, requests, and inquiries. Customer Service escalates the case to Service Management or the appropriate specialized team for further handling
