POSITION TITLE: Procurement Practice Senior Manager

Project/Team Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3
Responsibilities
- Support sales opportunities and delivery of the solution by leveraging Accenture's full capabilities. Build client relationships in collaboration with the Client Account Leadership team.
- Lead the service delivery strategy across one or more client portfolios. Address performance issues and implement continuous improvement plans to achieve project targets and SLA commitments.
- Manage people's engagement, recruiting and staffing to optimize delivery targets.
- Typically receives direction and feedback from their supervisor on setting priorities or assigning and managing tasks on a weekly to bi-weekly basis
- Expected consequences for mistakes in their work would include missing team deadlines, damaging their team's reputation within Accenture, and damaging Accenture's reputation, and may be escalated to a managing director
- Involved in risk mitigation decisions for multiple teams and may be involved in risk mitigation decisions for their business area
Qualifications
- At least 10-12 years overall strategic procurement sourcing experience
- At least 5 years leadership experience
- With experience in stakeholder management
- With good communications skills
- Open to resources from any/all industries
