Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Procurement Officer – Systems & Digital Solutions will play a key role in driving NutriAsia's procurement digital transformation. The role manages and optimizes existing digital tools, while supporting the future implementation and integration of enterprise e-procurement platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar). This position ensures that procurement systems and digital workflows are efficient, well-governed, and aligned with the NAI's operational and transformation objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and continuously improve procurement digital tools (C-Flow, Monday.com, Power BI, Promena) to support sourcing, approvals, analytics, and reporting.
  • Serve as the system administrator for procurement platforms including managing configurations, access, issue resolution, and user support.
  • Collaborate with IT, consultants, and cross-functional teams to prepare for and support the rollout of future e-procurement systems (SAP Ariba, Coupa, etc.).
  • Lead testing, training, and change-management activities for new or enhanced digital tools and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on procurement performance including spend, PR-to-PO conversion, supplier activity, and digital adoption.
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and governance across procurement systems, approval workflows, and supplier records.
  • Recommend and pilot process-automation and system-integration opportunities to enhance visibility and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on best practices and emerging technologies in digital procurement and analytics.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement systems or ERP process management.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba BN, Coupa, or similar procurement systems.
  • Skilled in dashboard creation, spend analysis, and procurement reporting using tools like Power BI or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination within structured implementation frameworks (e.g. Agile, Waterfall). 
  • Experience in process mapping, UAT coordination, and system enhancement rollout.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
