What you will do:
- Executes sourcing strategies, from strategic procurement planning, execution, monitoring, and overall management of the assigned categories in OSM (Owner Supplied Materials)
- Manages, negotiates, and creates contracts for assigned category and monitors contract compliance and its provisions
- Initiates sourcing, bidding, negotiations, and vendor accreditation of newly developed suppliers
- Gathers and analyzes internal and external data, and identifies opportunities to improve operational efficiency and provide sustainable support to key stakeholders
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, with at least 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing in OSM (mechanical and electrical equipment), including exposure to commercial contracting and negotiations.
- Preferably a Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
- Effective communicator and negotiator with strong critical thinking skills, great attention to details, and a team player that works with a continuous improvement mindset
- Preferably knowledgeable in SAP Vendor Management, Procurement Modules
- Proficient in Excel (functions, pivot, chart, macros)
