Job Description

  • Manage and oversee procurement processes to ensure timely and efficient acquisition of goods and services.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and quality.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and innovations in procurement practices.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements in procurement activities.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years in procurement or supply chain management
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong inventory management and financial literacy
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in purchasing and canvassing techniques
  • Skills and Competencies: Experience in forecasting and demand planning
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to analyze supplier offers and market trends
