Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and manage vendors for marketing-related requirements, including:
  • Advertising and creative agencies
  • Digital marketing and media buying partners
  • Print production (posters, flyers, menus, packaging materials)
  • Store branding and visual merchandising suppliers
  • Event activation and mall marketing partners
  • Support seasonal and promotional campaigns (e.g., holiday campaigns, product launches).
  • Develop and maintain a strong pool of accredited marketing suppliers.
  • Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, timeliness, cost efficiency, and brand alignment.
  • Ensure vendors comply with brand guidelines and company standards
  • Lead price negotiations, contracts, and service agreements to achieve best value.
  • Benchmark costs for production, media placements, and in-store marketing materials.
  • Recommend cost-saving strategies without compromising product and brand presentation.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Brand teams to understand campaign requirements.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of marketing materials for store rollouts and promotions.
  • Monitor production timelines for collaterals (e.g., packaging, POSM, signage).
  • Prepare and review contracts, purchase orders, and agreements for marketing services.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and audit requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation of supplier engagements and transactions.
  • Track marketing spend against budget allocations.
  • Validate supplier billing, media placements, and project deliverables.
  • Provide reports and insights on cost efficiency and vendor utilization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Supply Chain Management.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably handling marketing services or indirect spend.
  • Experience in retail, food & beverage, or FMCG industry is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing campaign execution and store-level activations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and procurement systems.
