Job Description:
Develop and Implement Sourcing Strategies:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop strategic sourcing strategies.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
Supplier Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed.
Market Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies.
- Analyze market intelligence to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Contract Negotiation:
- Lead contract negotiations with suppliers to secure advantageous terms and conditions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all contracts.
Cost Management:
- Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor and control procurement costs to optimize efficiency.
Risk Management:
- Identify and assess potential risks in the supply chain.

Continuous Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement process.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement, with a focus on strategic sourcing, preferably in manpower, consultancy, or professional services.
- Proven ability to negotiate favorable terms and build strong vendor relationships.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
