Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 2–5 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and inventory control skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement or inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of purchasing procedures, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Identifying cost-effective, high-quality suppliers and purchasing operational supplies, food, and beverage items at the best prices.
- Maintaining agreed-upon stock (PAR) levels and monitoring the efficient, secure flow of goods into and out of the hotel.
- Working closely with executive chefs, housekeeping managers, F&B team and hotel departments to ensure their specific procurement needs are met on time.
- Ensuring all transactions comply with hotel purchasing policies, budgets, and financial controls, while preparing cost analysis reports.
