About the Role
Based in Manila, you will be the strategic anchor for our regional procurement and logistics. You will lead the full project lifecyclefrom proposal and costing to execution and close-out. You'll be responsible for managing a high-performing team and ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest ethical and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the procurement and logistics strategy for SEA infrastructure projects in alignment with Group policy.
- Team Coordination: Lead and mentor the buyers, quality, and logistics teams based in Manila and on-site.
- Proposal Support: Provide critical pricing data to Costing Engineers during the proposal phase.
- Budget & Cost Control: Track equipment costs and variances, ensuring projects hit savings targets without compromising quality.
- Supplier Development: Identify and qualify new suppliers to optimize costs and material availability.
- Process Management: Oversee purchasing, expediting, and delivery workflows while ensuring 100% compliance with SUEZ ethics and safety standards.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience in Procurement/Supply Chain management within the Infrastructure or Engineering sector.
- Deep knowledge of the South-East Asia regional market and logistics.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (Buyers, Quality, Logistics).
- Experience in project lifecycle procurement (Proposal phase through to Execution).
- Fluency in English and ability to work in a multicultural corporate environment.
