Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals
Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors
Analyze market trends to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, finance, legal) to forecast demand and manage inventory levels
Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services
Monitor and report on key procurement metrics to drive performance improvements
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards
Continuously improve procurement processes and systems

Qualifications

Graduate of a Bachelors Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management preferably in aesthetics or medical field
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Proficient in procurement software and ERP systems
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
