Procurement Manager- Ariba/Coupa/Ivalua

Mandatory technical skills for Coupa / Ariba / Ivalua

* Hands‑on experience with one or more procurement platforms: Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP, Jaggaer etc.

* Strong understanding of Procurement processes and Spend management principles.

* Hands-on experience in creating documents at various stages of the project like creating to-be process flows, business process documents, configuration workbook, testing strategy, identify and finalize test scenarios and test scripts, training documents etc.

* Leading testing phases (SIT/UAT/Regression)

* Integration with client ERP's will be a plus

* Prior experience delivering Managed Services/ steady state support in Coupa or any other Procurement Technology.

* Strong understanding of end‑to‑end Requisition‑to‑Pay processes and spend management principles.

* Experience in:

* Functional troubleshooting and platform configuration

* Running functional design/requirement workshops where needed

* Creating required documentation: SOPs, process flows, config logs, test scripts, and communication materials

* Leading/testing during patches and enhancements

* Integration knowledge with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics) is a strong plus
