We're Hiring: Procurement and Admin Manager (Retail)

We are seeking a Procurement and Admin Manager to lead procurement, vendor management, and administrative operations for a growing retail organization in the Philippines. This role is critical in driving cost efficiency, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations in a large-format retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize cost and efficiency

Manage supplier sourcing, negotiations, contracts, and performance

Oversee purchasing, inventory coordination, and demand forecasting

Ensure compliance with procurement, legal, and ethical standards

Supervise office administration including facilities, logistics, and support staff

Implement process improvements and prepare reports for senior management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in large-format retail

Strong negotiation, vendor management, and ERP/procurement systems experience

Proven leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
