Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Manager located in Marikina. The Procurement Manager will oversee the procurement process, manage supplier relationships, and handle contract negotiations. Responsibilities include evaluating suppliers, ensuring cost efficiency, maintaining the supply chain, and managing contracts. The role requires the ability to analyze data, develop procurement strategies, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and Procurement to identify and manage reliable vendors and suppliers.
  • Strong Contract Negotiation and Management skills to secure favorable terms and oversee compliance.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to assess data, forecast needs, and optimize procurement processes.
  • Ability to develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Work experience in food manufacturing or a similar industry is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in procurement and supply chain management is a plus.
