Procurement Lead

Position Summary

The Procurement Lead is responsible for ensuring the effective execution, governance, and continuous improvement of centralized procurement processes and systems. The role serves as the functional lead for procurement operations across SAP, Qlik Sense, and other procurement platforms, ensuring that sourcing and purchasing activities are standardized, compliant, data-driven, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Working closely with Procurement, Finance, Merchandising, Warehouse, Operations, and IT teams, the Procurement Lead drives process excellence, maintains procurement master data integrity, supports system enhancements, and provides operational insights that improve purchasing efficiency, supplier performance, and compliance.

• pServe as the functional lead for centralized procurement processes, ensuring standardized, compliant, and system-driven procurement operations from purchase requisition through purchase order issuance
• .Oversee procurement execution by monitoring requisitions, purchase orders, vendor confirmations, pricing conditions, contracts, and purchasing compliance
• .Ensure procurement policies, sourcing strategies, and approval workflows are consistently implemented across all business units

.Systems and Functional Governanc

• eAct as the primary functional owner for procurement-related systems, including SAP, Qlik Sense, Accelerator, and other procurement applications
• .Translate procurement strategies, cost management initiatives, and vendor governance requirements into effective system-enabled processes
• .Partner with IT and Application Management Services (AMS) teams to prioritize enhancements, resolve critical issues, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved

• tAnalyze procurement performance, purchasing trends, compliance metrics, and operational risks using reporting and analytics tools

• .Prepare and present weekly procurement performance reports, compliance updates, key risks, and improvement recommendations to senior management, including the General Manager

Qualificatio

• nsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related fiel
• d.Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive procurement or sourcing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead rol
• e.Hands-on experience with SAP Procurement (MM), ERP procurement modules, and procurement analytics tools such as Qlik Sens
• e.Strong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, sourcing, supplier management, procurement controls, and purchasing governanc
