Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor site inventory of construction materials (electrical, mechanical, civil)
- Receive and inspect deliveries against Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Receipts (DR)
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and safeguarding of materials on-site
- Process and record Material Requests (MR) and issuance to project teams
- Maintain updated stock cards, inventory logs, and monitoring sheets
- Conduct regular physical counts and inventory reconciliation
- Track material consumption vs. project requirements/BOQ
- Report shortages, overstock, and damaged materials
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project engineers
- Prepare daily/weekly inventory and usage reports
- Ensure compliance with site control procedures and safety standards
- Bachelor's Degree or at least college level (Engineering, Logistics, or related field preferred)
- Experience in construction inventory/material control
- Familiarity with construction materials (MEPF, civil, structural)
