Procurement Intern

Summit Media is looking for Procurement Interns!

Here, you'll be trained to further hone your skills in the following areas: supplier research, data management, supplier profiling, research & communication, and market & procurement awareness.

What you'll do:

• Research studios, fabrications, printing, and event-related suppliers.
• Gather contact details, company information, location, services, capabilities, and profiles.
• Create and update standardized supplier profiles and portfolios.
• Verify supplier information through online research and direct supplier contact when needed.
• Maintain and categorize the supplier database for future procurement requirements.

What we're looking for:

• Currently enrolled in any field related or equivalent to Marketing, Business Administration, and Industrial Engineering
• Organized, proactive, and a great team player
• Willing to learn and adapt to fast-paced projects
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Can commit to the internship duration
