About the Job

Procurement Functional Consultant will be responsible for driving business transformation, leading large-scale SaaS implementations, managing consulting delivery teams, and partnering with executive stakeholders to optimize procurement operations and technology platforms.

This role requires strong expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), procurement technologies, ERP integrations, and enterprise consulting. The ideal candidate has extensive experience delivering global transformation programs and leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple regions.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement and supply chain transformation programs.

• Drive business process improvements across Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procurement, and Supply Chain functions.

• Lead implementation of procurement SaaS platforms including Coupa, Ivalua, Zycus, and GEP.

• Design enterprise procurement operating models and digital transformation strategies.

• Manage global consulting teams, project portfolios, budgets, and program governance.

• Serve as the primary advisor to C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.

• Lead solution architecture, implementation strategy, and integration with ERP platforms.

• Drive pre-sales activities including RFx responses, solution design, estimation, and proposal development.

• Develop procurement technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

• Ensure successful project delivery, risk management, change management, and stakeholder engagement.

• Manage vendor relationships and strategic technology partnerships.

• Mentor consulting teams and contribute to organizational capability development.

• Support business growth through client acquisition and account expansion.

Work experience:

• 8–15+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Technology Consulting.

• Proven experience leading enterprise digital transformation programs.

• Extensive experience implementing Procurement SaaS platforms.

• Experience in managing global consulting engagements.

• Experience working with Fortune 500 or multinational organizations.

• Strong background in Supply Chain and Procurement operations.

• Demonstrated success leading multi-million-dollar transformation programs.

• Experience managing large consulting teams (50+ members preferred).

• Experience in APAC, EMEA, or global delivery environments.
