Position Summary

The Coordinator 1 helps in processing Commercial Change Order which includes review of parts involved, helps identify who is the correct supplier and Category Manager, and assists in assigning commodity code. He/she may also conduct follow-ups to both internal and external stakeholders to expedite the process. In addition, he/she helps in handling request for technical drawing specification and other Commercial Change Order related reports and analysis.

Job Responsibilities

  • Help gather, scrub, manipulate data to generate simple reports and analysis related to Commercial Change Order process.
  • Assist review parts included in the Change Order process, identify who is the correct supplier and Commodity Manager and properly assign commodity code for less critical Non SFA CCOs.
  • Process CCOs with quotes readily available for processing.
  • Support requests for technical drawing specifications.
  • Help to maintain the task tracking sheets of the team, input new items, monitor stakeholders on-time delivery and aging items for closure.
  • Support the regular updates of the team's various KPI dashboards to ensure its completeness and accuracy.
  • Assist in doing initial follow-ups and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders to expedite the process.
  • Assist stakeholder/supplier needs, servicing, follow-up, cadence call and closure of issues.
  • Help provide feedback on stakeholder/supplier inquiries/requests on a timely manner.
  • Help provide solutions and sound recommendations to stakeholder/supplier's basic queries & problems and seek help from junior members as needed.
  • Records and submits periodic and/or quarterly transaction records, log sheets/trackers and slide decks.
  • Use effective communication tools like flow charts, process flows, diagrams etc. to effectively convey information.
  • Support projects related to process improvement.
  • Serve as back-up for next level similar or related function for business continuity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year course preferably Engineering/Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Business related discipline
  • New graduates are welcome to apply, 1-year relevant experience is a plus
  • Fluent and Conversant both in written and verbal English
  • Intermediate MS Excel knowledge
  • Basic MS Excel knowledge
  • Basic MS PowerPoint knowledge

  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Ability to participate in a team environment
