Lead and execute strategic procurement initiatives that drive cost optimization, operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and sustainable business value. Partner cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end sourcing and process improvement projects while ensuring compliance and strong internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Sourcing Strategization
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFPs, RFQs, sealed bids, and price negotiations.
Identify supplier opportunities and manage supplier panels.
Deploy procurement levers to achieve productivity and cost savings targets.
Implement strategic sourcing best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor savings performance and procurement KPIs to ensure sustainable results.
Project Leadership & Business Transformation
Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects to improve procurement processes and drive business transformation.
Identify functional or product gaps and initiate improvement initiatives.
Design solutions using analytical and conceptual problem-solving approaches.
Implement changes effectively while minimizing operational disruption.
Establish frameworks to measure project outcomes and report results to stakeholders.
Identify and facilitate automation opportunities from planning to post-implementation.
Risk Management & Governance
Mitigate procurement-related risks and identify short- and mid-term value opportunities.
Ensure compliance with key internal controls and governance requirements.
Manage procurement performance and expense oversight.
Operational Excellence
Review purchase requisitions for accuracy and completeness; resolve discrepancies with stakeholders.
Maintain and manage supplier and contract databases.
Draft and review commercial documents (RFPs, RFQs, Terms & Conditions).
Support supplier performance evaluations.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, such as Finance and Legal.
Communicate procurement strategies, objectives, and results clearly and professionally.

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, preferably Industrial Engineering or any relevant study
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position
High proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets is a minimum requirement
Familiarity with any financial tool/software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Knowledgeable on the Source-to-Pay process
With experience in leading cross-functional projects including automation
Highly motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Possesses initiative, resourceful, and proactive attitude
Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
Ability to effectively organize, plan, ideate, control, and prioritize work/projects
