Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Negotiation: Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the best value for goods and services.
  • Supplier Management: Maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Process Management: Develop and implement procurement processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and control procurement budgets, ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on procurement activities, including spend analysis and savings tracking.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Certifications: Certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP)

Work Arrangement:

  • Must be amenable to work on a hybrid set-up in Mall of Asia Business Complex
  • Rotating Schedule including graveyard shift
