Position Summary

Responsible for researching and managing ticket inventory options for the organization and making recommendations to their manager based on both data collection and past performance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide management with key statistics, historical analysis and recommendations for changes to existing inventory.
  • Responsible for purchasing of ticket inventory on a daily basis
  • Purchasing inventory to optimize margins.
  • Manage season ticket inventory, including additional purchases and trades.
  • Ensure that tickets are placed into inventory in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Interface with accounting on all purchases to ensure inventory is updated and invoices/credit cards are paid timely.
  • Communicate with Data Team to create a relevant dashboard

Skills/Experience

  • Strong computer skills required – Preferred experience in Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong analytical skills and solid business aptitude
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills; negotiation experience a plus
  • 2-5 years of work experience
  • Previous purchasing experience is an advantage

Pay range and compensation package

$5/hour
