Procurement Associate

Role Description The Procurement Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Manila, responsible for supporting end-to-end purchasing activities for LED lighting products and related materials. On a day-to-day basis, the role includes preparing and processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate procurement records. The Procurement Associate monitors inventory levels, compares pricing and product quality, and assists with supplier evaluation to ensure cost-effective and reliable sourcing. This role also collaborates with internal teams to understand purchasing requirements, resolve discrepancies, and support smooth operations in line with company standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Orders and Purchasing to manage procurement transactions and vendor coordination effectively.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review pricing, assess supplier performance, and support data-driven purchasing decisions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Contract Negotiation to help secure favorable terms, pricing, and service levels from suppliers.
• Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing, ideally within retail, manufacturing, or lighting-related industries.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and procurement systems or ERPs is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
