It supports continuity of Admin Procurement services while ensuring that transactions are properly documented and comply with DITO's procurement policies and approval requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Purchasing

  2. Conduct market research and supplier discovery; prepare and administer RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs; evaluate commercial proposals with the requesting unit and document the recommendation.
  3. Negotiate pricing, payment and delivery terms, service levels, warranties, renewals, and other commercial conditions within delegated authority.
  4. Prepare sourcing and approval records; coordinate PR, PRST, PO, or approved alternative processing; monitor order fulfillment and resolve commercial issues with suppliers and internal teams.
  5. Analyze category spend, pricing trends, supplier capacity, and opportunities for savings, cost avoidance, or process improvement.

Vendor Management

  1. Coordinate vendor onboarding and accreditation, including required company documents, financial and compliance checks, approvals, and exception escalation.
  2. Maintain accurate vendor master data, classification, product categories, contact details, and document validity; coordinate changes and offboarding with authorized teams.
  3. Maintain professional supplier relationships and communicate DITO procurement requirements and obligations without compromising fair competition.
  4. Coordinate supplier performance reviews with contract and business owners, record findings and corrective actions, and escalate material or repeated issues under approved policy.
  5. Identify improvements to vendor selection, accreditation, documentation, and performance monitoring processes.

Reporting and Compliance

  1. Maintain complete, accurate and retrievable sourcing, vendor, contract, and purchasing records.
  2. Provide regular updates on pipeline, cycle time, savings, expiring contracts, supplier issues, and pending approvals.
  3. Apply DITO procurement policies, delegation of authority, ethical standards, confidentiality, data privacy, and applicable controls; escalate exceptions for approval.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  1. Works with requesting business units, Finance, Legal, HR, Facilities, IT, Information Security, Data Privacy, and other Procurement Groups. Coordinates category ownership at intake where requirements overlap.
  2. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive change and ensure smooth implementation of process improvements.

Qualifications and Capabilities

  1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 2 to 4 years of experience in supply chain optimization, logistics, procurement, or related roles.
  3. Strong analytical, communication, writing, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills; careful attention to records and deadlines.
