Job Overview

The Procurement Assistant supports purchasing activities by processing orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely delivery of automotive parts and materials to support operations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 13 years procurement experience (automotive preferred).
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process purchase orders.
  • Obtain and compare supplier quotations.
  • Follow up on deliveries and resolve order issues.
  • Maintain procurement records and update the supplier database.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
  • Assist in cost tracking and reporting.
