In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Identify and procure goods and services for an organization and ensure that the operational needs are met by considering price, quality, delivery, and continuity of supply.
Responsible for the on-time delivery of materials to avoid factory operation delays or line stoppages.
Set up new vendors in the ERP system.
Keep procurement activities compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
Ensure proper alignment of the supply chain for products and raw materials across our business units.
Provide reports that can help in developing and improving current systems in procurement.
Support major procurement functions with increasing responsibilities involving multiple projects simultaneously with domestic and international suppliers.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or other Engineering/Management-related courses.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Buying, Planning, and Supply Chain, or data mining, manipulation, analysis, and reporting
Knowledgeable in Procurement functions, Supply Chain Management concepts, and Bill of Materials (including parent/child assembly relationships).
Fair understanding of environmental legislation (e.g., ROHS, REACH) and Project Management principles.
Basic understanding of procurement systems and tools (ERP, MRP, SRM).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
