Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Must be able to in the prepare and process of purchase orders (POs) for local and international suppliers.
  • Must be able to coordinate with suppliers to confirm pricing, product availability, lead times, and shipping schedules.
  • Must be able to track the status of orders to ensure timely delivery and proactively follow up on delays or discrepancies.
  • Must be able to maintain and update purchasing records, supplier databases.
  • Must be able to liaise with logistics and warehouse teams regarding inbound shipments, delivery timelines, and inventory coordination.
  • Must be able to verify supplier invoices against POs for accuracy before submitting for payment processing.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of ERP or inventory systems is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, design-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach
