Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize product documentation and records.
  • Manage WD ordering processes and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Update product costing and selling prices in Alaya.
  • Support the preparation of AFP Weekly Reports (including bi-weekly weekend reporting).
  • Coordinate shipment activities, including cargo clearance and liaison with third-party logistics providers.
  • Monitor and update Out-of-Stock (OOS) and dropped-item reports.
  • Create and issue Purchase Orders (POs) upon obtaining the necessary approvals.
  • Provide backup support for procurement functions and event-related activities.
  • Manage AFP receiving processes and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Handle local ordering for both inventory and non-inventory items.
  • Communicate updates to relevant stakeholders, including sales order updates, new SKU creation, ETA changes, and other operational matters.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in the Food Service, FMCG, or related industry.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with good communication and coordination skills.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • 5-day work week
