About Jardine Service Centre (JSC)

Jardine Service Centre Philippines is an organization fully owned by Jardine Matheson Group which is a diversified Asian-based group with unsurpassed experience in the region, having been founded in 1832. JSC is responsible for providing back-office support to the business units of Jardine Group by administrating transactional and rule-based activities. We aim to deliver world-class services to our internal customers in a cost-efficient manner via process harmonization, application of state-of-the-art technologies, automation and process simplification.

As part of our Jardine Service Centre services, we are looking at establishing application support teams for a number of our target systems such as Microsoft Dynamics D365, Tagetik, ServiceNow, Workday, Peoplesoft, Salesforce and Mulesoft. Our aim is to provide better support, enhancements and to take advantage of the SaaS product roadmaps and upgrades.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage day-to-day Procure to Pay (PTP) performance including vendor master data management, invoices management, payment and T&E management and other PTP activities
  • Ensure compliance of PTP operations with company policies, processes and internal controls
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors and ensure all communications and queries are properly addressed
  • Review and Approve system entries related to Accounts Payable, Expense Reimbursements and Master data
  • Produce effective qualitative and quantitative metrics reporting to measure efficiency and effectiveness of function and staff
  • Assist in internal and external audit processes
  • Manage document archiving process
  • Work towards system improvement, process improvement
  • Develop team spirit and advise daily operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor´s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or another related field
  • Experience of and competence in using integrated ERP software (Preferably Oracle and/or MS Dynamic 365)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Demonstrate ability to lead diverse teams
  • Good knowledge of concepts and procedures related to Accounts Payable, expense management and master data management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees, superiors, and customers
  • Strong analytical and time management skills.
  • Experience of a leading role in finance Shared Service Centre
  • Experience with workflow tools
  • Experience with PTP tool
  • Experience with a multinational company
