Job Summary

The Purchasing Executive supports the purchasing team by assisting supplier selection, placing orders, managing inventory, and ensuring timely, cost-effective procurement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in evaluating and selecting suppliers to meet organizational procurement needs
Place purchase orders accurately to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock
Coordinate with internal teams to align purchasing activities with operational requirements
Manage multiple procurement tasks efficiently to meet tight deadlines
Apply procurement knowledge to support cost-effective purchasing decisions
Maintain detailed records of purchases and supplier communications for transparency and audit purposes
