Job Summary
The Placement and Booking Processor / Processing Officer is primarily responsible for the timely and accurate submission of Placing Instruction to insurers and booking accounts based on the request submitted by Marketing and ensuring that day-to-day transaction processes conforms to the prescribed guidelines, procedures, manual of operations and issued memorandum.
Key Responsibilities
- Process the placement request from the Marketing Accont Officers following the approved guidelines and procedures.
- Conduct follow-ups through email/phone on the policies and endorsements from Insurers based on the submitted Placement Slip.
- Book the account and updates the Placement and Booking Monitoring file regularly including policy delivery.
- Notify the Placement and Booking TL of any undelivered policies beyond the agreed turn-around-time with insurer.
- Notify the Placement and Booking TL and secures disposition and resolution from Technical Support Unit (TSU) if applicable or Marketing Account Officer and Team Leader on undelivered insurance policies due to discrepancies or additional required documents for submission.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Holder / Graduate of any four-year or five-year course
- Has at least 2 - 3 years experience in an insurance or insurance brokerage operations role
- Proficient in working in Microsoft Excel or Libre Office
- Detail-oriented and has strong interpersonal relationship skills to ensure efficient working relationship with partners or stakeholders
The candidate must be willing to work on-site in Angeles City, Pampanga.
