Facilitates screening patients by checking the test results based on the allowable values and recommends screening status whether passed or failed in accordance with the clients guidelines.
Evaluate completeness of medical requirements for Fit for Sea Duty recommendation.
Prepare medical reports and endorsement letters for unfit PEME cases.
Coordinate with departments to secure test results and support patient screening.
Prepare monthly census and PEME monitoring reports.
Address patient inquiries and escalate complaints received through social media platforms.
Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Medical, Healthcare, Allied Health, or any related field.
Experience in PEME processing, medical screening, or healthcare administration is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in documentation, report preparation, and records management.
Highly organized and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
