Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Process Development Analyst located in either Davao or Alabang.
The Business Process Development Analyst will be responsible for analyzing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing new processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
The role involves conducting business analysis, creation of business process flows, documenting processes, and collaborating with various departments to implement process improvements.
The analyst will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the success of implemented process changes and making adjustments as necessary.
This role acts as a bridge between facility operations experts, software developers, and stakeholders, ensuring that business processes and industry best practices are accurately translated into scalable, user-friendly technology.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
35 years of experience in process improvement, systems analysis, operations, or project management.
Proficiency in microsoft project, planner and other tools
Strong understanding and work experience with Business Process Flow
Preferably with Power Platform Knowledge and Work Experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Can report daily to Alabang Filinvest or Davao Office (whichever is nearer)
Experience in data analysis is a plus
