Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Process Knowledge assessments measured through Compliance and First Pass Yield
  • Ensure associates are assigned to process training refreshers based on QA data on associate's performance
  • Facilitate Process Training Refresher modules effectively measured through Trainer Feedback Score (from Associates)
  • Ensure completion of all compliance courses for all associates tagged to the project within timelines
  • Meet all project related SLAs as agreed with the client.
  • Undertake Lean projects to improve Trainer efficiency and Learning path reduction

Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Degree
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in a Training role/function with KYC Banking Voice account is required for this position.
  • Writing and/or Research background/experience in any discipline is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent English communications skills both in oral and written.
  • Amenable to work on a night shift schedule.
