Role Description

This full-time, on-site Process Specialist role is based in Quezon City. Responsibilities include analyzing and improving business processes to enhance operational efficiency, training team members on optimized workflows, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery. Day-to-day tasks include identifying efficiency gaps, implementing best practices, collaborating with teams to achieve business goals, and maintaining effective internal and client communication.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and knowledge of Business Process Improvement methodologies
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in delivering high-quality Customer Service
• Ability to conduct effective Training sessions for staff on process enhancements
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in process improvement or operations management is an advantage
